For some reason they changed the outcome to Quantity 20 and not 10. I made it twice to confirm this.
The text says RANGE AMMO, the pic shows Range. Does this also go into ammo slot and do you get the stats or just from range slot?

The picture is old. The item can go in either slot, but items in the AMMO slot do not grant their stats (except for +tradeskill bonuses).
