I have a Silvery belt of contention (haste item.. 41% I believe) And with that combo with haste that nice.. I deal out nice damage.. My stamina is only about 120 maybe more, maybe less. But I hardly see my bar go down now.. Very nice weapon, and not too hard to get!

Hrm, looks like a nice offhander to match sword of skyfire for vox raides, heheh sos +25svc this 10svc, RBF 10svc, crown of froglock kings 20svc, 2 10svc wrist wraps, golden diamond mask 10svc, 2-9svc rings and WHAM your ready for vox at 47+
currently at 44 and seeking this, RBF and froglock crown. got 83 cold resist before the 40svc these 3 will provide.

Do my eyes decieve me.... a 0.0 weight weopon, OMFG!!! This would rock... I'm tired of having my sta bar completely sucked in a long fight and this would cause no drop in sta at all, which makes this a very nice off hand weopon. It's like the antiwurmslayer.. something to make up for the severe loss of stamina.
maybe I can get a couple of casting kiters to let me loot this...hmmm

I found this guy in the worm caves just below thrugadin. Standing in the second passage on the left from the thrgadin entrance. He has a ton of HP. and his level is between 44-51. I am now the coolest looking druid out there.

Could someone please post the location/level/class/hitpoints/etc. of this mob? Is he a rare spawn, does he have other mobs close by?

Hehe, I solo'ed her the other day...it took me about 45 minutes to kill her. She has a TON of hp and is blue to me at lvl 53. A group could easily take her out. She spawns inside the wurm cave in the tunnel that the river doesn't go down.

Vluudeen's spawn point can be reached at the south entrance to the shardwurm caves-she pops and stays at the begining of the first corridor to the right.She will not aggro you,nor will she add if you are attacking a regular shardwurm.
As far as fighting her its about similar to a Shardwurm Matriarch;ie you want a full group of 45+ and a compitent main tank.
When i was present at her death she dropped this,as i assume she does everytime-due to her nonaggressive nature.
once she is killed she does not repop for some time.i have as of yet been unable to time her spawn since she really doesnt concern me.

You state it takes a group 45+... which may be true, but just pull her outside to the south and fear kite her with 45+ tank and 50ish necro... dead wurm
I soloed Vlu today. Easy fight, just an endurance one. Doesn't cast, hits for max 125, and has apx 20k hps. Didn't resist any of my magic or fire based spells. I kited Vlu at the mouth of the cave on the north side (near thurg) the dorfs didn't aggro on her. Dropped 1 rune of druzzil and the tail. Was blue to me at 55, and gave me apx 1/4 blue of xp. Spawn area is correct as I found her up in the first tunnel closest to the mouth at the south end of the cave. She didn't aggro on me while I finished off two other wurms before taking her. One funny thing did happen though, I dropped her down to 0 life, but not quite dead, and she warped back to spawn. I didn't get a gate message, so I assume it is a bug or I wasn't in range to see the gate message. She came running straight back to me though and was no longer snared when she did. I didn't get the snare wore off message either. Just a heads up if it happens to you.

i just got the whip after a pach today; seems that i had some luck after 40h of camp. But now!! i wait for gleed to spawn in kael; Omy...

-Supposedly this is the quest item for the Bow of the Huntsman... a very nice bow for we Warriors.

Posted: Jan 28 2001 at 6:47 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) you git. its better then the EBW but not the "best uber weapon on the world". but it is nice. and why just rangers? the hp are nice for tanks and its not a bad off hand weapon for the dual wielders either (rogues) who wouldnt mind the hp.
because it worth more for the bow of the huntsmen

Seem like it. I would not mind having it as this is the first whip i saw that druids can use. Just for the looks. Was always jealous at the kewl whip sound
