Unfired Elaborate Charm  

 

Except that the strength of the charm depends on quantity and level of the cultural armor you're wearing. You have to be wearing all 8 pieces of Grandmaster cultural armor to get the full stats. And you have to be level 65 to wear that level of armor, so you won't get those stats as an "alt starting out".

On the other hand, the cultural armor is pretty nice stuff, even a year later. I'm about to ding 65 and I'm planning to get 7 of the 8 pieces (want to leave hands open for my epic -- frankly the cultural gloves might be better, but I want to use the darned epic!), so I'm trying to find out how much of the stats I'll see with just 7 pieces. Anyone have any clue? (I'm told it depends on which pieces; omitting the hands should have less effect than omitting the chest or legs would.)

I'd love to give up my Stone of Defiance if I can get better charm stats and carry stat food!
