What cold spells does a Cleric cast? Sounds like a wasted spell effect for us healers.

Not a waste of an effect for druids, we have many ice nukes as well as our rain spells. Our level 70 nuke is Glitterfrost for example so not all healers are left out in the cold with this effect.
So this affects cold based spells only?

this neck has been upgraded i got it today for finishing 70.2 mission. had like 205 hps and 215 mana and other stats were higher also ....same regen and effect. am too tired to log on atm and give ya the exacts but definitely better than what it is showing here.
