Green Mist

A green cloud formed in the skies above The Overthere. The cloud began to descend upon our land like a plague from the gods above. From it's green core the face of death began to form. It was of no god neither our people, not the Shissar knew of. It opened it's giant maw and spoke in tongues unknown. The Shissar tried to use their knowledge of magics both light and dark to overcome the evil fog that spewed from its mouth but all was in vain. The first of them fell over and their bodies rotted as their scales fell from them. The fog did not affect our kind and we used this opportunity for what it was worth.

The Green Fog book is worth absolutely nothing to vendor Sateal Deirosap in the bazaar. It is also worth nothing to anyone who does not have the quest Fall of the Shissar. You must get this while doing the quest, it is one of the requirements per the quest comments. So is of no use if you buy it in the bazaar as it will not count according to the quest notes....

This is one part of the monster mission in the Overthere called "Fall of the Shissar".

The first task has you actually go into Howling Stones before the part where you become the monster.
