Old school crazy nice buff, for characters around lvl 60. There are a crazy number of sub-combines, across a number of tradeskills, that require zone drops. It's also costs a lot to make.
Since people don't start lvl 60 for more than a nanosecond anymore these tokens no longer sell for $100k, and people no longer really make them.
