I looted a Lost Lambent Stone from a caravan chest in the river by Cazic Thule. Approx. location is -1245, -830.
"You pry open the chest mired in the bottom of the river bed. A shrieking flash of light and a rush of bubbles burst past you towards the surface."
Opening the chest spawned a cursed guardian. 112 critical hit killed it, looted the Lost Lambent Stone from the chest, mob had nothing.

In the river near the drowned caravan guard, near the bottom, a chest, open/loot...best to swim to find it, can't miss it.

I have been searching for these Silence 4 Scouts from Zanivar on the road to Innothule and the shoreline on both sides of Cazic Thule and have not found a single one. Is this part of the quest broken or is there just a long spawn delay or do the bouncers kill them and it is just a pain to find them? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
These items are for the Third Trial of the evil newbie armor series called "Into the Muck."

Three of the four scouts are found by walking along the riverbank opposite the Temple of Cazic-Thule. These paths are also traveled by Bouncers. One scout roams the road from Innothule Swamp all the way to the bridge. If you can't find him just wait and one of the other three will respawn.
