No, agnostic dwarven warriors cannot wear it. Only followers of Brell Serilis can wear this.
You can make it, but you need to be using the dorf cultural forge and you need to have the imbued ruby (from a cleric) for each attempt.

Well, I had some money to spend... Got BlackSmithing up to 185 with bout 2.5kpp then went to kaladim.. bought the brellium blocks 20 of em.. made em into sheet thingies.. nother 600 or so pp.. bought 20 rubys 2.6k .. imbued them.. then went in search of the mystical lava rocks and mecury.. tried lavastorm for 2hrs with my druid tracking them.. nothing.. went to najena killed elemental after elemental.. nothing 5hrs not one single drop?! will try one more day of this till i decide this is something to do when i just need to kill time. (imho this is not worth time-money atm but will keep trying since alrdy made huge investment)

Try in Steamfount, that is where the mecury drops.. Also probly the lavarock also??
Lava rocks drop in Skyfire mountains. I have gotten maybe 30 or so there. Many times I can purchase them from the folks there gathering spells.
For the mercury, Steamfont is ok, but get a group and head to the Hole. More mercury and at least some exp.

I made one of these with skill 188. I succeeded on my first attempt. Cost to produce is a little more than 300pp, so I figured that 2500pp is a more than fair price. So I sold it and went to make a new. Now, 12 attempts later and at skill 192 I STILL can't succeed in making one. That tells me that 2500pp was maybe a bit to low after all. It's NOT easy to produce..

Every piece of this armour set had +4wis so it is good for low to mid lvl clerics.

The BP at AC 22 is comparative to mid 30s gear. It is not bad and even brown is a change in look that lets you stand out from the crowd.

Just curious, but what should the skill be to make this? This should hopefully be answered by people have made this item before =) thanx

All depends on how much PP you want to spend ). At a skill of 181-183, wisdom and strength 200+ I made breastplate on my 5th attempt. This was fairly lucky since my average for each piece (I have made a full suit of visible armor now) has been 1 success out of 7-10 attempts. The total PP investment for Bp, legs, arms, gloves, boots, helm and one bracer has been about 30K. The chocolate brown color is fairly ordinary looking, but it is definitly a unique suit(having never seen another BP on my server).

Rubies can be bought in several jewel shops, Neriak I know for sure, I believe in Kaladim or Kelethin or maybe both...
I had an enchanter friend buy a ruby for me to make me a Silver Ruby Veil, and he illusioned into a DE, went to Neriak and with all his Charisma equipment, plus charisma buffs got the ruby for around 130pp and change. We had reason to believe that he got it for base price, as well.

Yes. I was lucky enough to get one of these and sent in the stats when I noticed they weren't here. Brell Imbued Brellium is a dark brown. Looks very nice with the gold cleric bracers and the grey Donal's arms.

Dwarven Clerics can cast Imbue Ruby. Recipe, I'm unsure of, try EQTraders.com. I've heard its good. I do know it requires a Dwarven Temper, which requires a Lava Rock for ingredients, which is excedeingly rare.

yes brother, i am a master smith, and a dwarf so i know tons about this stuff.... the recipes and stats for everything but the enchanted imbued stuff (which is different than just plain imbued---the item here) are at eqtraders.com. Good Luck and know that it would be unadvisable to attempt even the simplest imbued unless your skill is at least 200

185 skill level is enough to make this armor (the smith who made this for me is 186). High strength and wisdom are useful. I wouldn't attempted enchanted and imbued until post 200 but imbued is possible in the 185-190 range. There will be failures, but the cost is nothing like trying to make an enchanted and imbued BP (anyone have 9 jacinths handy?).

Earthen Temper( Dwarven Ale, 1 lava rock and 2 drops of Mercury)
Leather Padding
Brellium Chain Joining
Imbued Ruby
3 folded Sheets of Brellium
Note: You can also make Enchanted Imbued
