I agree with, this is a very nice item, not eeryone round here is crspping plats! i also like the name, and its all/all is why t drops it kael, id love it for my mag, itd be a complete ice set!

The good thing about this is the range slot ability, and that it's got int and wis on it. If you're doing kael and every caster there has something with more int/wis on it, then I'm sure that alot of the no drop stuff that's droppin is gonna rot =P
