This dropped the other night in Iceshard Keep, off one of the script giants. Kinda weak, I think, considering the force needed to survive this script. Anyone in here had BETTER have a better item than this, unless they are REALLY hurting for svMagic.

This would be a rly good piece o armor for monks since it hardly weighs anything, adds strength (barely, but 2 is fine) and SV Magic, which monks need, probably not as much as warriors, but they need it from those st00pid casting NPCs...
Anyways, I thought it would be great for monkeys.

We found this on Klaggan Iceshard in Kael. we was sitting on a chair in a temple or house thing. Loc neg 855, 1250

this is the same as Cape of Midnight Mist, with less str.

The cape also has one less AC and is restricted to casters(both int and wis) and bards.
