My stick is out of charges. I read you can put in bank for 24 hours and it will re-charge, but my has not. Do they re-charge? Where and by whom?
As of several months ago the method of "recharging" an item has been nerfed/fixed whatever you want to call it. I have never been aware of a method of recharging an item by leaving it in the bank anyway I think someone was messing with you or really misinformed them selves.
The only items that I am aware of that can be rechared are the gnome tinkered items which require a mana battery and a tool kit.

Sorry didn't see the date of the original post. The change was made shortly before or after this date and I still don't think there was any magical bank recharging method.

Yes, as of about 2 weeks ago (August, 2002) they still cast from inventory. Burned one of the charges on a pull just to check :)

Hey i got a wep that has this proc on it it is sweet i got it in the halloween gm events.
the wep does 12dmg 26del 3str 3sta and effect shock of spikes. it procs alot about three times a fight usaly. does around 170dd. i got it when i was lvl 35 didnt work till 38. im not sure about the sta if it has it but it might.

someone gave one of these to my lvl 8 mage (got bored playing in seb) and i could use the effect.

Thats not true! My lvl 8 wizzy could use these! I got two of them from a friend, and tried out the effect, but decided to wait til its more useful. First hit took 28 dmg from beast and the other 110 dmg. So i guess it works at all lvls, or at least from 8 :)

very wrong, my lvl 15 could use...very scary stuff...especially when you turn your little chanter into a wizzie for a while fear kiting with wizzie DD and such...VERY nice low lvl twink items...you can use the click when a wizzie or mage could use the spell, though any class can click from inventory

Not sure if this has changed as of yet but if you put this item in your inventory and rightclick it...Voila! It casts on your target, nice damage, something like 172dd i believe. Ive done it with my paladin and I believe any class can do it... until they change it of course. 8)
As of last night 7/10/2001, warriors are still able to use these Mojo Sticks. I put the stick in my general inventory slot and successfully cast Shock of Spikes and Flame Flux on a number of Shardwurms in GD. Hmmm, never thought I'd have a big DD other than a crit or cippling blow ;)
