You need to increase your faction with the Coldain dwarves. When they look on you kindly, they should give you the armor quests. To increase your faction, kill frost giants and drakkel dire wolves in Velious. Great Divide is probably the best place to find them. There are also a few quests you can do in Thurg to help your faction. Look in the quests section, you'll find a few you can do. Good luck!

well if the stat info is correct it says that the Level to Attain this stuff is 50 so that could be the problem. but I am not sure and if anyone else has any input or correct me if i'm wrong but i believe thats what is happening here
Level to attain these velious quest armors is missleading. I think they're just basing it on the level of the group/raid you must form in able to get the drops. You can buy the Mq's and do them at lvl 35 (or even lower?) as long as you have the faction and the gems for them. If the npc doesn't talk to you just need more faction, do what sleepy said and kill giants and wolfs either in great divide, eastern wastes or even Kael Drakkel itself. Though KD is usually a raid zone but you could probably form a group at the zoneline. You need at least kindly faction which is just above amiably or even group at the plaza. Mobs in KD have better faction hits than ones in EW and GD.

I got all 3 piecies of mable in Velks Lab today in the village group...the corroded chain stuff drops in Kael...headed to the plaza tonight hopefully to complete the quest

Can anybody please tell me where the crushed black marble is to be found and what kind of monster dropds it
I was able to hunt named last night and got one up there. Also bought one for 400 pp. Seems the going price for most the gems

Right here at Allakhazam's, they have a link under "QUESTS" -- Velious Armor.
It tells you great deal of what you have to know to complete the Thurd, Kael and Sky armor quests.
