Any idea what quest if any this is used in??
Yes, foraged mine (several even) in the Tower of Frozen Shadow. Since my hands are full, I can't use it; so I destroy them. I tried to figure out weather it is used in quest; none found so far. For now I'd say that it indeed is a crap foraging.

Put them on the rats in the West Freeport newbie zone, I put all my crap on the rats there.

This item doesnt go into range slot. the picture above must be old. It is primary/secondary only now. Which ofcoarse makes it worthless... not that is was ever worth much anyway. ;)

LOL.. I'd like to see a level 1 with enough foraging to forage one, let alone survive Velious to get there.. I know... not that big of an item to worry about the details.. and yes, is a lightsource although minor.

No, it is not a lightsource. It really is one of those crap foragings, until we all realize that it is for some quest......
