Kind of weird but these dropped for my 8th level wizard from a orc pawn. No, another player never placed them on it because I was murdering the whole area. They look blue on my cleric, a wonderful blue !

Im using these on my cleric, hes below 20th ATM so they are nice, but at higher lvls I will need some +wis gauntlets as i will not be needing the STR and AGI so much as i wont be in the melee

These seem to be just like Iksar Scaled Gloves, but they aren't lore. Also the weight might be a little different. And I think it's 10hp not mana on iksar gloves. But these are nice for a twink :)
