I have managed to get my hands on this sweet item!
I am a 57th Seasoned Rogue,I use in my off hand with Rapier of Oriin in main....I NEED the General!!!...well back to this weapon,it OWN's and does quite nice with Ench Epic Haste and my RBG....If by chance ya are able to get ahold of this item...GRAB IT!

Ok this is just my opinion but i dont think that this weapon should be kept from any of the classes that can use.A drid has as much right to it as a ranger.As should a warrior or any other listed.Tanks with this as an off hand weapon will put it to good use in the dmg catagory casters in the mana catagory and hybrids will do faily well in both.It was made useable for all those classes because that was who was intended to use it.To have one person or a group of ppl exclude one class b/c in their opinion.... is just plain wrong.Who are they to tell me that i should not use one of the best weapons i have seen b/c they think my class should be left out.If my class was not meant to use it my class would not be listed as able to use.

Besides I don't think PURE tanks should have priority on this, as the 100 mana would be TOTALLY wasted.
The priority order on this should be:
1) Druids (they have NOTHING that yet compares to this aside from the epic, and the sword they turn in to get the epic)
2) Rangers (they have a pretty ****** weapon selection as well)
3) Paladins/Shadow Knights (its a toss up because they both get some nice **** and both could use the resistances)
4) Warrior (lets face it, he can dish some decent damage with this and also could use the resists)
5) Bards (having your bard melee is like establishing your ranger as your primary healer LOL)
6) Rogues. Why in the HELL would a rogue use 1hs over piercing anyhow? They need to be removed from this just like they removed Monks from all those damned 1hs weapons. Plainly a mistake.
Ok, that's my *****. And just so you know I'm totally unbiased, I'm a monk.

All you damn casters and clerics just need ONE more item to complain about, and here it is. I saw Noga with it and he let me play around with it and I'm a bard, Geez this weap kicks ***, just wear a haste sash to get rid of nasty dly and us bards have a wurmslayer! Grats to Noga for the post, and thanks to verant for making a nice bard useable weap. And ***** you griping, stupid, annoying people that just want to complain about weapons you cant buy yet >:P

I love how some people just don't grasp the concept that certain items are priceless, in both RL and this game; i.e., if skill and good fortune doesn't bring this your way you can't just BUY it.

This weapon is good for any dual wielding melee class but its best for Rangers because of the +100 mana.
By the time a ranger is level appropriate to fight Wuoshi, she should have her epic. Swiftwind is probably a better offhand.

Just to let you all know, Wuoshi is a named dragon in the wakening lands and he took down 3 big guilds the other night on the cazic-thule server. The Chances of anyone getting this weapon anytime soon are very rare, He has an ice spell that acts like a DOT and a DD in the same spell. But like I said he took down 3 guild and they still never killed him so good luck on getting this one.

He goes down fast and hard if you have able people that have huge damage output. We've killed him 7 or 8 times now with no significant problems... no dd or dots on him. He likes to use the druid baby nukes, but anyone with decent resists can shrug those off without any problems. He does stun an awful lot though, and his fear is of the lure type. I'd say a bit harder version of Severilous, which makes him relatively easy.
Lol, OMFG, think about twinking a chara with something like this? Wuoshi's gonna be sooo damn campeds.. a very Merry Christmas to whoever got this baby.. only thing I can complain about is looks... lol = )

I've seen groups go in to camp this and die. It takes atleast 40 or so to kill it, so dont worry about it being overcamped.

This is a very good 1H slashing weapon and would be best used by someone that is going to be doing a lot of meleeing. IE: Not a Druid
Sure the 100 Mana is wasted on the Warrior or Rogue and maybe they have something better but a hybrid could put it to really good use.

IF the druid deserves it, he/she should get it. If I were a druid, I'd love to have that weapon. Sure, its not as effective in a druids hands, but it sure beats a lot of the other druid weapons.

I'll ditto this one. As a druid, I'm constantly asked to work my butt off in a party--very often for next to nothing, lootwise. So why *shouldn't* I have one of the better scimitars of the game? By the time I've gotten to level 50+, I've been a key member of countless parties. And my class is allowed to use scimitars SPECIFICALLY--the scimitar is our signature class weapon and the ONLY one-handed slashing weapon we use!
By contrast, a ranger, a warrior, or a paladin--any other class with 1-handed slashing, really--can use virtually any other slashing weapon with impunity. They don't really need this scim; they can use any one of countless other blades.
Druids, on the other hand, need to use a scimitar or nothing. And if a druid risks his or her life helping to bring down this beast, and there is no other loot which he or she can really use (as may often be the case), then he or she should at least be allowed to roll for the scimitar.
That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

I think what they are getting at most importantly is that if your high enough to be in on killin Wuoshi as a druid your A) Not useing a weapon or B) You have your leaf blower, errrr Epic weapon.
To say it would be best in a rangers hands is just as friggin silly for as a ranger I cast MAYBE at the beginning of a fight or at the end, other then that the mana means nothing, The saves verses disease and poison are nice but I would only use this weapon if I was fighting mobs that related to said saves since I know I can find other decent weapons

This is very nice
Seeing as how its so easy to hit the 200 wisdom cap. This 100 mana in a single slot is ideal. This would go perfect with the new druid quest armor thats out there.

they got a weapon that bards can use that has some dmg behind it...the delay is nothing a haste sash or better cant fix, its kinda like a wurmslayer for us. =)

Drops of Wuoshi, dropped it the first time he died on BB server where that screen shot is from, tho it looks like a normal scimitar, unfortunetly.

lol...sell for? No idea, as its a new item from Velious and I don't think its being sold quite yet. It drops off one of the Dragons there, and makes a very nice off-hand weapon for Rangers. ;)
