I have been in Ocean of Tears for about an hour now and havent forged one yet. is there a certain spot in the zone I need to stand to have better luck at forging them? Also it said this item can be found as well. Any info on where I could look?

Foraging happens regardless of where you are at in a zone. You just have to play RNG in order to get it.

Using these cherries (takes 3) and winter chocolate gives you a chocolate covered cherry. Miranda in the Kejek fort(Stonebrunt) will give you some +5 Wis, -1 Sta pouches of catnip for each chocolate covered cherry. You gain faction with Kejek Village and Peace Keepers.
