hehe got one for 300pp on MT a few days ago. Damn fast item, does well for my lvl 10 druid.
Just wish it had a proc too (but not complaining due to the deal I got on it).

I think I saw this iceshaper guy in a 2 story building with a lot of other lvl 40-45 guys around him just to the left of the water hole as you head to wakening lands. I would bring 2 groups of 50s or a group of 55s if you want to clear this guy out. This is a pretty damn nice staff tho so might be worth it. Heck, least a lot better than a jade prod and you could prolly kill this guy and get decayed chain pieces in the process for the armor quests. Just a thought.
I forget what this iceshaper guy's full name was, I just know that he sees invis.
You gotta remember this town also has a side that allows you to talk with giants and do quests, so often most of the named npcs dont drop anything. This might be the result of a quest and not an item drop from this guy. Who knows?
