Ok, I have a question. How many items in game have enduring breath as a permanent effect, and could someone please give me a list of them. Also, there was a post from a couple months ago wondering how someone could get 40 something k. My friend liquidated his account, a 55ENC and 36 twinked out WAR and came away with 190 something k, so 45k or whatever isn't really that hard. Just my 2cp

here's all i can remember for enduring breath, if you are an alakhazam member it's easy to find eb stuff now.

Do quests, save your money, raid LOTS for your upgrades, sit in EC and be a tunnel rat, or do what I do and just be a stubborn ***** and get the most out of every item you sell (I.E. Sell for close to the max price, or even higher), don't buy things you don't need and refuse to pay more than the low end of an item's value. If you're on giant faction, you can make about 2k/day pharming the coldain heads and selling them to members of the first tier guilds who need giant faction very bad yet don't have time to gain the faction themselves.

This item should be rolled on by all classes that can use it .. it has high AC/str for a cloak (that covers PAL WAR BARD SHD RNG *with added bonus for paladins and rangers (wis)* 10 wis and 23 ac covers druid/shaman/cleric
And the resists, 5 cha and enduring breath is good for all classes .. i personnaly wouldnt use it as a shield .. but i can see it would be good there sometimes ... and to the "no-one cares abotu druids" BS i have a 53 druid on BB...
anyway grats to anyone who gets the shield .. and */rude gesture* to anyone who leaves a class listed there out of the roll

if I can offer a minor corection, this item is quested, not dropped. I assume that if you were to roll at all, it would be for the quest item Lodi drops, not for this directly
It's interesting how many items in the game do enduring breath. @ least it's kinda a bonus thing just thrown onto an already kick-*** item

Ahh.. the Lodi shield.. this thing should be NO DROP, but I'll let that slide. First of all, to the person that says only Druids need this item - greedy druids, like anyone cares about Druids after level 50 anyway (anyone who disagrees is not level 50, etc.).. to the person who says only Clerics need this item - have you ever played a Shaman? Shaman slow spells are CRITICAL to high level battles, and must be cast immediately, not like Cleric spells which can be cast before and after battle actually begins. But, also, to the person who says only priest classes need this item - look at the stats. The most prominent are AC and WIS.. AC is essential to almost every class, especially tanks. WIS is used by Cleric, Shaman, Druid, Ranger, and Paladin. True, Ranger and Paladin don't need WIS as much, but they are mor elikely to be hit, thus need more AC.. you also have to consider the resists, saves are essential to absolutely every class in the game. In summary -
If they help kill it, give them a chance to roll. The only exceptions would be people who cannot use the item (insert duh here, sure they can sell it, but I will personally kill anyone who sells a Lodi), and certain classes should be exempt if an item is obviously for a certain class type (example, an item with high INT and few other stats should not be rolled on by anyone but INT casters). Just trying to clean up the uninformed newbie muck..

Don't knock druids, life sucks without them. Just ask any all-dark guild on a pvp server, trying finding a freakin' wizard to port you :P Or evac you when he dies after 5 hits and can't cast through anything. No group chloro, DS, or wolfform, (for PoH, PoG, PoF raids). Sure a shammy is better, but you only need one, and a Lodi ain't gonna make or break him. if he flops over dead there's always another one to slow the mob, really all excess shammys are is backup healers and buffers, just like druids. You want PotG cuz it stacks with C2, too bad :P Get a bard for every group. Let your clerics run around casting tiny heals on chanters and CHs on tanks at the same time, and then heal themselves cuz they have too much aggro. hell...let's solve that by having pallies step back from melee and heal the chanters :P But then again, since the cleric has a Lodi he won't need any healing, all that extra ac will save him :) Bottom line is, druids are useful, just like every other class, except ranger, who aren't useful unless that's all you can find or really really need to track a mob from a long distance away. If something drops and it's reasonable to assume that person would wear the item and it would be useful for them, then let them roll. A +wis item isn't gonna make your raid go smother cuz you gave that cleric auto-loot status for it. Don't listen to people who enjoy class-labeling for items, that's only appropriate for melee items the vast majority of the time. And no...necros don't get the mana robe...sorry :P

I hope I am around next time you ask one of those usless druids for a port, or next time your group needs an evac. I f I am grouped with you maybe I should just not evac you when needed because you obviously dont need it. Nor should I heal you when you have an add and the cle is oom. Before you post bashing a class use your head, every class is important in the 50+ game. If you havn't relized that yet they you must be an ebay player and need to learn a few things.

Yup, every single person 50+ hates having druids around.

true its hard to get a group at 50+ however,ive gotten goups just for the fact of evac,

Ummm, I gotta admit, I have been annoyed by druids ALOT! BUT I have nothing against them, but on the topic of this sheild, it SHOULD go to a cleric/druid/shammy, as they are going to be healing, and thus, attracting AGGRO, and cant take hits as well. Now, some druids can realy annoy me, as I said, but others are great, and have saved me COUNTLESS times

To the person who wrote that there are no other shields that can be worn on the back also, look up the Aegis of Life quest from Qeynos. Decent ac and wis (cle and paly only). Only problem is the spawn for the quest is a pain in the *****

I might die a couple more times without it but ill pay a couple hundred pp for rezes and keep my $700. thank you. By the way my roomate started playing this game when it first came out and has made close to $60,000.00 selling on Ebay, is this game worth that much to anyone? sad if it is. But I digress, this shield rocks!!!

Oh and this item is very well worth 100k platinum (or more, never really priced it in GFay)...because its rarity and GREAT stats. Any one who says this item sucks should get B*ch'd slapped!

Lozidal spawns once every 7 days, like naggy. i also heard you could take him down with one 55+ group, so he's not too tough

you're wrong, hes random, ive seen him 2 times within one day with no patches and ive also seen him not spawn for days

spawn time for lodiis 18-20 hours and he doesnt always pop... just find out when he died last and keep checking back every 18 hours its that simple

Lodi ALWAYS Spawns 11-13 Hours after his last death. 9 times out of 10 its EXACTLY 12 hours. He NEVER skips a spawn. I have killed Lodi 20+ times easily. He is quite easy with atleast a MT, Cleric and Slower. For a level 60 mob he doesnt hit hard at all.

At this lvl you will always walk around with buffs so minus 5 to agi is no really biggy.

This shield kicks MAJOR *** and anyone who would pass it up because of neg 5 AGI should have there head examined. Just get something that pumps AGI to balance it out and all is good. PLUS at the lvl you need to get it you could have SO many AGI pumping (and other stat pumping) items that it doesnt matter

um...not quite there spanky. permanent means that it is always on and doesnt wear off when you are wearing the shield. Key words here: when YOU are WEARING the shield.

Its not only a good shield but it looks bad ***! I think this shield is best in the game and if it isnt the looks sure make up for it!

I basicly live in the East Commons tunnel (eci's main trading place) and I see these for sale at least twice a week. They sell for 120k usualy...someone offered one for my Runebranded Girdle, I was gonna take it when he went ld =(

If you didn't know, the prices on this site are pretty much cr@p, but this is prolly priced at 27 million pp b/c very few people would ever sell one. Those groups high enough to kill Lodizal will have a member to whom this is useful. I mean, hell, all those high levels need the SVs and it IS a Shield/Cloak with Enduring Breath (bye bye Fishbone Earring). To find GOOD price averages, copy this link http://www.eqprices.com

I got one of these babies it is AWSOME, but i think that price is way too much, can even have that much in the GAME
?? you can have well over 43,000 pp.. it would take one forever to obtain it.. but it can be done. I think the shield is worth the price. If one thinks about it. The rarity of the spawn and possibly the rare amount of the drop etc etc.. Plus the great stats this thing gives..doubtful one could ever sell it anyway, like was said before who really has that kind of cash floating around in the bank. I guess if a pc was willing to just go after the most valuable gems/items and sell them off for a good price then maybe after a year or more they could get it.. but by then you could own your own anyway.
