As a necro i do solo a lot and having a good wpn is important, with the stats on this baby it more than makes up for not having two hand held int items. As well with the 36% haste on my tolapumj robe the dmg/dly ratio is damn good. Guess i have to sell my stein and book of obulous now. Thats my two cents anyway.

Got mine this weekend. Took some people down there to get some drops. Got some boots, and about 9 weapons. Personally I'm using it for overall stats and saves, with my dragon mask my unbuffed int is like 227. Plus it gives 8cha when is good for my enchanter. Overall if you add up the total stats and saves, its very sweet, even if you just carry it around for saves (would be a waste).

Int casters might sell this either because they got two items with more int or they have there epics they would like to wield, except for mages since they dont get an epic weapon, they can an epic spell. If the price is right and you can sell it for about 25k or so and then you can buy a glowing black stone with 9int 10sv magic for 10k or less and pocket the rest or use it to equip one of your lower characters. but then again this have nice resists too. There are many different opinions on why to keep it and why to sell it.

I couldnt care less if it is easily attainable ....as an intelligence caster you would be foolish not to use this.....type the stats out in auction once and you should think to yourself"why am i selling this again?" What am i going to get thats better?

I have had this staff forever it seems and finally made a necro to use it some time back. The proc level is 45th for anyone that wants to know.

I have one of these on Karana that im trying to sell but it is hard to find a buyer for it, im asking 25k and will take FBSS as =8.5k and Jade Mace as =9k, ill be around in the evening EST send me a tell and we will make a deal

I got one as a gift from a friend of mine, it is great for necro's it gets the mob off ya long enough for you to re-fear, or re-dark. I like it. personally.

This item drops like candy. 50k is to funny. If people actually went there they would see that its not uncommon at all.

Dragon Necropolis has pretty much about 8 creatues b4 u get to the chetari highway (as we call it). There is a Ramp with a beattle trap. Once u go down this ramp and kill these weak beattles there is a flat spot the goes down once again to the right. Make your groups here and begin pulling. At the bottom of the 2nd ramp is a "highway" in a sense. All kinds of mobs wonder by here. If u get a monk or GOOD sk puller you can pull rats and bats mainly all day. Dustshapers are semi rare, but they do come by. a Tracker is also nice so u know if any of the nicer mobs are up. BUt u can do this with one good group or 2 decent groups. I would say minimum lvl to attain would be 50. Simply because getting to DN you must run through WW which is a ***** with Mraaka. She can see through invis and basically has no delay. hits for about 285 and wanders past DN zone frequentyl. so geting to DN is HARD but once inside there is a VAST area to get set up.
BTW you CANNOT bind in there.
If you are wondering what 8 creatures stand between you and this uber spot.... there are only about 4 if u play it smart. you can invis and go past ALL creatures if u DO NOT step on piles of bones. If you step on bones you spring a trap the brings out a lvl 55 dragon construct. he can see through EVERYTHING but FD. he is not too tough but is a pain in the *** to get by if u only have 1 group. If you play it safe and have a good guide you can easily get this item and MANY MANY more.

I'm a 55 necro and i'd kill to have it just for the resists.

I have more than enough INT junk for other inventory slots that i can easily make up for almost any held items or combo of held items.

I can get myself up to 249 INT if i wear it all, and that's with a crappy Orobe too. Never bothered to get a better robe since i have enchanted tier'dal tunic and it looks good. :)

It's even easier to use this thing since it has 14 INT of it's own, besides all the stats it gives.

It is not a fake item, because Kalor is trying to sell my 36 chanter it. I only have 20-25k at the moment and he says he turned down 30k (This is Saryrn where everything is less than half of list price). What I want to know is what lvl can use its effect and do you have to be a certain lvl to equip it? Would seem sumb to spend money on a weapon I can't use yet.

for those who are wondering exactly what the spell does, well, it sends the target flying.. BIG TIME, a good example of this, is chardok.. you know the sarnaks who are near the bridge? name starts with an A I believe.. it's the same spell *grins*

I was fighting in DN today and we were pulling the chetari rats and we pulled one that had this staff. This is the first one that i have ever seen drop, although that was only my seccond time there hehe. just wanted to say.<<<<<<<<<NOT FAKE>>>>>>>
