The description of the zones says that the keys are NOT soulbound and that, if you die on one level, you'll need to fight your way back to your bod (or travel with another who has a key) and your stuff, including the key(s) you have on your bod.
It is soulbound
This is the key to gain access to the 2nd floor of ToFS. Kill on 1st floor until the Large Undead Gnoll pops (he will appear right on top of you when you kill the PH).

I looted mine in October and it IS no drop...

After the Big Patch, these are no longer no drop items. Everything else is still the same
"The Great Patch" - is that where the Great Pumpkin rises out of?
