Best ring I've seen in a while that doesn't require being E-flagged. Was one hell of an upgrade to my Signet of Grisk.
Elgiberin is a guildmate of mine.
Item drops off the spawned Inny in Nadox and the picture is correct, it is a Finger slot item.

It drops in nadox but requires planes of power. I would thing that it would need lord of ykesha. Plus how the hell drops the thing, because i really want one.
plus the picture says that its a finger item and the discripetion doesn't give it a slot. Man i got way to much time on my hands.

Well, how does 1 get this thing??? Any info other than "It drops in nadox" would be great.

Yes drops off Inny - Have to clear two rooms of mobs and that will spawn inny for you - dunno what the rooms are called or anything but i'm sure you can look it up. There was a High Priest or something in there that con'd indifferent to everyone if that helps.
I would immagine it drops off Inny there in Nadox.
