What's the story with this item?

It exists here based on item collector "noticing' it and was last updated in 2008.

There are no posts backing up that it drops in Solosek's Eye --but we can assume this was submitted the oldschool way of logs sent directly to Railus or Fleven (don't do that nowadays).

There is no information about people using it, selling it, etc. the way the older threads are usually cluttered up.

No item window pic at all (usually stuff from this era at least has an original UI pic) and no pic of someone wielding it.

In short... does it actually exist in game still?
