ItemI've spent alot of time killing Lesser Tar Goos for coldain heads, and combing the bazaar for heads, and finally got the faction needed to walk up to Gleed, hand him the tail and get my precious bow. Having it for a while with the stupid "Your will is not great enough to command this weapon" and Finally at 49 it Procs!!
