Bow Kiting

I got this bow last night, dropped on a Kael raid and the warrior that won the roll passed to alow me to take it, as the only guildie ranger there.
I have recently started making the Acrylia / Condensed shadow arrows, 10d 125 range 9d bonus and +4 magic bane. I decided to try it on a target of opportunity this morning, a poor, unsuspecting Drakel dire wolf. With a tailored quiver lowering the delay to 28 ( gotta get a fleeting to take this down to 24 delay ) and 30% haste from the silver chitin wraps, I snared the wolf.
One acrylia arrow just to try it; 136 damage, no proc.
Switching to my usual ammo, silvertips for 2 damage 150 range: hits averaged in the 50 to 60 range, one crit for 224 and a couple of 80 damage procs. Dead wolf in half a minute or so, casting ensnare and panic animal to keep from having to run around leading it.

Hits with this bow are the equal to the raincaller, as 2/3 the delay for kiting, and crits with the combination of this and acrylia arrows could max into the 300 plus range with high archery skill, as well as having the potential of an 80 damage proc on any shot.

Question,
Since when do tailored quivers reduce the dleay on any bow? From everything i have read (and just looked to make sure before posting this) tailored quivers do no usch thing. The fleeting does yes and i love that quiver. Was lucky enough to get on made . So just checking .

Yes, tailored quivers lower delay. And ya know, fleeting quivers are tailored too. But a "tailored quiver" does drop the dly, just not close to as much as a fleeting one. The "weight reduction" number is actually a haste number when it comes to quivers, however that was the only way to show it, and i'm sure there was somethin in the programming like variables and values that they could just reuse that number then...lazy bastards (hehe j/k). All (or almost all? not sure) arrows are 0.1 weight anyway, would seem silly to have weight reduction on quivers (as explained by one of the developers a long time ago when this feature was implemented.

All quivers provide some measure of delay reduction as stated by verant.
