If you have to be lvl 45+ to get this damn thing i think i'll stick to my Straw Spun belt. Then again I us an FBSS = )

Still though....+3 to attack rating, um.....11hp total with the Stamina bouns(thats if you were lvl 45 or so)....and +1dex and 1 to 2 other saves? Weak, for the lvl that you have to be to obtain it. I think Verant is PROMOTING twinking, cause I've seen so many items posted that you have to be 40+ to get crappy items, in which you will most likly have better. And you can't sell them for a lot cause they aren't that good....so Newbie's and Lowbie's get them.....
