Well I got a few of these the other day raiding CC. So I gave some to my newbie character. When I tried using it, it can get resisted. It is right clickable and was working at level 10. Also they sell for about 1pp to a vender.

heh heh, ya. Mala, root, rain and 61 air pet is nice combo too. Wooly spider net is insta cast which is even better.

I was wondering if u can use this below 20? Or at least at 25+. Cuz imho i think this rocks. Get a lil rog. Give him 5 of these and a bow+some arrows and vloila a walking power leveler. Without a cleric or druid as guardian angel :)

You don't, you go get another. They're not lore, although neither are they stackable. Common drop, so easy enough to get

I wonder if it will do this much dmg when you hand some over to your lower character. 50dmg and root(and not resisted?) on Dvinn in Crushbone would come in handy...

This effect is the same as the Ebony blades effect.
However this is charged and can be clickable, it's a neat item to have as it does around 45-55 damage(depending on your level) + the root.

Like a Potion, put it in a Main Inventory Slot and right-click it, while standing. Only works twice.

I have used this several times to get away from a mob which resisted snare (or it wore off) when I wasn't sowed. I opened my inventory and right clicked on the web. I have never had the roots resisted but its duration has always been pretty short. That may just have been my bad luck but i suspect it is by design. You have time for a resnare, one nuke, gate, or to get a healthy lead if the zone isn't far. This item is a life saver that has let me snare kite without worrying about being sowed when snare fails.
