Yeppers, it sure is 25ac 6strength - leader of Maxwells guild on Drinal server gave me one for a katana I had (they're a Japanese guild) and its pretty darn sweet, but the picture here shows it looking different from normal banded/ringmail/chainmail , is there anything I have to do to get it too look like dat? I am a wood elf ranger and had it on my High Elf cleric and it looks just like normal banded/ringmail/chain

Since I know a lot of people are missing out on it, I thought I should post this here. You have to turn Velious armor textures on or you can't see them. Here is how it's done:
Edit the file "eqclient.ini" in your EverQuest directory.
Change all the lines that read LoadArmor##=FALSE to LoadArmor##=TRUE
The ## just represent numbers. Some people may know this already, just posting it to help out those who don't know, because they are missing out.

It looks exactly the same as Rygorr and goes for something like 4 k on Saryrn Server (seen 5 k also)

It was 4k for the weaker version. It's been upgraded. Now it's 15-30. Went from 25ac 6 str to 30ac 9str 50hp.

I equate about 10k to a weeks worth of time. That's too much effort for this. The equivalent price on my server for a fungal 15k - 20k has a tremendous impact on the classes that can wear that, this doesn't have such an impact. Of course my server is a split server from two very mature servers so our prices my be drastically deflated from yours.

How many BPs are there that are tradable that have 30ac or more?
I cant think of very many.
Most higher end BPs are no drop, and gotten from the Velious armor quests. No twink is going to get them. No main is going to get them without a very good guild.
What does a fungi tunic have to do with anything? Its a 21 ac piece of crap. No warrior is gonna wear that. Stats mean nothing, AC is everything to a warrior.
Warriors are stuck with EB or Treeweaves, period, until their late 40's at least. Then MAYBE they will get lucky and pick up an Indi BP, or can go to SG, or DN, and pick up some of the BPs that drop in those places.
To be able to buy this for 15k would be a BARGAIN for any warrior who knows the frustration of having to wait to upgrade his 25ac BP.

HT 910 hp, Max hit 230 hp, you dont wanna be feared by him and run through the false wall and fall down the pit....Scary guy. Loads of HP.

This item drops from a named kobold named Tpos Icepaw inside Velketor's Labyrinth in the kobold area before Velketor's castle. Beware, the mob is very tough (HT 3 bubs of hp from a lvl 59 monk, hits mid 200 dmg), and can wipe an unprepared party easily.

Really.. it would avoid questions, and people asking Whats it look like? Whats its stats, and all that... all thats missing is a little post under it.. text, ya know.. like where ya found it and all..

yes but if you got food posted you would get dumb questions like what does it taste like,does it taste better from different venders and the really dumb question even when it is posted where does it drop even when you have to buy it hehe
