Does anyone know if this item got updated to be used by drakkin? Would be nice hehe.
Was given one today for my Troll warrior. Just wondering what level it procs at?
Well, no one answered me, so I'll answer my own self. Just turned 33 today, and it started to proc. Don't remember if I used it at all at 32, but I believe, I did. That would mean that 33 is the level for the proc. Message looks something like this, (fighting Needlites) A Needlite is hit for 6 points of non melee damage.
A Needlites skin is frozen.
Kinda underwhelming, but at least now you know before you go out and buy one.

Scythe is now NO DROP, so wouldn't be able to buy one anyway. :P
note that his troll plays on FV so they still would ;)

it looks really cool on a necro, sure you will never use, and why would you ever need but it is possibly the coolest looking thing a necro can carry

Lol, as a Human SK, I'd -love- to wield a cool looking scythe like this (The blade has that translucent Velium look) But of course, humans can't use it. pfft. Figures =p

I looted this nice Scythe and then realized that Barbarians are not "evil" and so I cannot wield it. No one else around to loot it anyway. I hate having to destroy things like this. :p

I got mine from the same mob that dropped the key to get into the 4th lvl. Then enraged cook or something, i forget his name.

Does anyone know what crature this drops from and what floor? I don't think this info is correct.

It's an *8* damage cold based DD.
Forget about it.
My necro has one, I can hit critters with hit, provided they're level 1. I do 2 damage every 5 seconds. Duh.
The only use for this is for Vox raids. +20 Cold resist is nothing to sneeze at. Also note that it's very very light for a scythe: only 1.0 (Harvester is 8.0).

Talked to a guide last night about the "Out of Charges" message. Had no reply for me except to just talk to a GM when you can find one and see about a weapon exchange.

I too talked to a guide about this last night. He told me that it was in fact broken and should be fixed in the next item patch.

Is the fact that this can be used by every other SK and NEC race besides humans an oversight? It seems odd that gnomes would be considered more "evil" if they are looking at it from that standpoint

At least you can improve your 1 HB. Our 2 Hand slash is capped at 1! Unless they changed this...

haven't checked all the RE: to this but there's no enraged cook it's enraged beast on 3rd floor enraged relative on 5. once in a while there's bugs that allow an aggroed mob to port floors. had the named zombie amonhomntep (whatever you spell the name as) spawn up to 7. he dropped somethin, didn't get to loot it but anyway. there's angry cook on 3 also. haven't seen that ugly wench drop anything but who cares. this place is a nightmare to the uninitiated. (i got initiated the hard way) but now it's smooth easy walkin through the place. and btw tserrina i am waiting for you still. you almost 100% mr tiny dark elf cur.

Necros don't have 2hs, but they have weapons that use skills that dont have. this item is really just for the warriors and shadowknights. The proc is quite good and makes it a really useful weapon, even though it drops on a pretty annoying part of the dungeon

you may wanna take a trip to your guildmaster and look .... my pally noticed actually he had a pierce skill in his skill list ... i went to train .. and sure enough, i dropped 50 of my 80 some skill points into it ... thinking it was a bug or some such why noy have a 50 pierce instead of a 1 ;)... i havent found any pally piercers .. though there is rumored to be a pally ONLY piercer in velious . i am lookin into it now ;)

That would be the messenger of the queen, drops off queen dracnia in crystal caverns. piercing, pally only, dmg 20 dly 40 if memory serves, 5 wis 5 str and 10 sv cold...(good memory...hehe)

I just got this yesterday, and am a 53 necro. When "procs", it says that "the item is out of charges" any idea what is up with that?

It's broke, petition a GM with your problem, he should replace it for you, the item is a random proc, therefore contains no charges...
