Recent patch changed this quest from the original noted above a 308 triv recipe is a little outside the skill range needed for a journeyman trophy
These arrows are part of the new quest, "Master fletching" which my Ranger (300 fletching) received from the pair on NPC's in tent on the south side of West Freeport (Outside the city gates)
There are basically two sections to this quest, a "make these items" section, and a "turn in samples of what you have made" section.
I am at work right now and am doing this from memory, but the items to be made are as follows:
20 class 2 wood point arrows
10 class 6 Drakebone discord tip arrows
1 Grandmaster's fletching trophy
10 class 7 Drakebone Drake-spike arrows
there are a few bows to make, as well as two items from Prophecy of Ro. will add more details once I am actually looking at the quest screen
