The screenshot was taken and submitted before that cloak even dropped on Luclin server. It was taken and submitted when Daermonn got the Guktan Pastwatch Eye, easily 6 hours before the cloak actually dropped.

Remind me again what the problem with submitting items is?

i think that dropped off of those name birds that hand around the drd rings during the war. lot of dead drd that day. me i trained them into the froglok who killed them. of course loot was swipped before could see what was there X-(
