Says the same thing in my toolbox - does anyone know where or how to get the cloak, though?

Fizban is the human form of a god in the popular Dragonlance Series. The old man who has a shapeless hat that he is always losing. I believe he is the god Paladine, been a while, would have to look up, heh.

correct .. it's the name of a human form of a god. He's actually quite a wacky and crazy wizard. Interesting sidenote ... the character does also appear in the Dragon Gate sierece of books (also by Tracy Hickman and Margaret Weis) under the name of Zifnab, a clever and just as phoneticly interesting anagram of the character's original name Fizban.

Just some interesting cross fantasy knowledge i decided to share!
Fizbin?
