This item SCREAMS of "future expansion". Look at the Prayer Shawl, you turn in giant toes and get a crappy 1 wis 1 int shoulder piece. Most folks would be pissed. But then you do another quest (turning in giant HEADS) and, bam, you have a 2 wis 2 int 2 cold shawl.
do another and another, and eventually you are up to 5 int 5 wis 5 cold. And according tot he EQ Dev section, this will eventually goto 10 int 10 wis 10 cold.

Now this belt is the same, you turn in heads and get a crappy belt. Maybe they will expand it.

Not so sure about that. This item is also a drop off giants in Kael. I don't think the shawls are dropped....

by lvl 45 if your a tank you should either have a tbb or fbss the warrior above is right this belts sux and i wouldnt use it past 35, sure as hell not 50

this belt is not thet bad infact it is idea for mid lvls i got one and i would prefer that then strawspun ya 10 ac is nice but the wis and saves are ideal for rangers or shamans even clerics

Post 50 Means nothing by itself.. Spend time getting equipment suitable for someone your level and less on powerlevelling. I know several tanks that do very formidable sustainable damage. If you are a post 50 "Rock" that says something about you.

I don't think this armor is for over 50's. First of all I am a level 39 Pally. I have one Coldain head now and got it from soloing so if I wanted to get some of this armor I could do so. Might take me a while but not that difficult to get.
