Shrouding to indifferent and sneaking behind the vendor will let you see his wares, but the Embedder and the Re-Gearing kit are faction bound and you will not be able to purchase them

Instructions: Place the un-usable Gyro Core you wish to change and the appropriate Gear Kit you wish to change it into. Press combine and viola! You now have a Gyro Core that you can use.
This item is consumed upon use. You will need to purchase another if you wish to alter another Gyro Core.
