The big question is - does it stack with any of the clarity spells?
This is the vendor version? Cause the player made version is Distillate of Clarity, according to what I see in the bazaar?

no it doesnt but do you really need the extra 250 mana and wisdom and int. I dont think those are necessary its more for the mana regen that i'd want kei.
Don't forget tradeskilling though - you want your stats to be maxed for those combine dings.

It is like saying Do you really need the Ketchup,Mustard & the Bun to eat the Hamburger? I don't think those are necessary because when I am hungry I just want to eat.
Yea I guess your correct if you starving but don't make light of the fact that a great tasting Hamburger and a ball of ground skeletal meat from a Cow may look the same at first glance but rest assured you will know the difference after you take a bite.
The loss of 250 mana + the loss of the mana you would gain (if not capped) from the +25 Int/Wis can be a quite a hit on your mana pool. That is 2 or more spells you will not be casting.
*EDIT* After taking a quicky look at your magelo acct. Your 8k mana pool is quite nice. You are capped at 270 Int and the +25 Int / 250 mana pool would give you a few more shots if you jacked your cap up. However; the amazing fact that you have 25 mana regen in gear and are only able to use 15 of it speaks more towards your need for mana regeneration. Work on that FT cap and keep working on your INT cap Wizard. Less mana & less mana regen = less nukes.

He actually has 36 in worn mana regen, but is currently capped at 25, including aas. The (15) shows how much of the BASE FT cap he has used. Plus his worn int is well over 400, so the only place the extra INT from KEI would help, is in Uqua, or a few fights with similar AEs.
He needs no work on his mana regen. He is maxxed out. There is currently no way to exceed what he has.

this mean, no more kei beggars anymore ?
This has the same mana regen as kei and for only 36 plat it makes a nice substitute for it that you can carry around.
