True, this weapon is pretty weak for the effort it takes to get it, but I'm a 55 druid doing a bunch of the Twilight Sea quests for the pleasure (and frustration) of doing them. I haven't completed this but I have completed a bunch of the armor pieces. As for using a 2hb weapon as a druid, I LOVE my Staff of the Earthcrafter - It's 21/48, +15 wisdom, +100 hitpoints, +50 mana, and it procs Drones of Doom. I don't always care about what might be most efficient. I also play for what's most fun. I like having an uncommon weapon that procs and being able to finish off my prey with a little melee; again, because I ENJOY fighting that way, not because it's optimal. When the mob is just standing there because it's snared and low health, I'd rather bash on it than expend more mana doting or medding and waiting.
I completely agree with you... at least on the point of you should do whatever is most fun for you.
Personally, I don't use 2H weapons on any of my non-melee characters unless the stats make up for the 2 items they normally carry, but thats just me.

Sad part is, Druid's should use 2hb (i'm speaking roleplay here) Our epic should be a 2hb with good enough stats that you wouldnt mind not holding a second item for the stats...just the way i feel.

I have the Ruined Battleworn Mace and it's +6wis and a Runewood Shield from Hate and it's +8.
So, I should give up 14wis for 8 wis and stats that I don't need....

2hb is not the way forwards with any Druid that I have seen. Up until the higher levels you can gain more Wisdom from 1h & CGS/Testament combo. Then again, all of the Earth Blessed kit is pretty much obsolete by the time you can get it - with the possible exception of the tunic maybe...
Considering both CGS and Testament are Secondary only, your logic with the CGS/Test combo are completely wrong.

Uhhh....just a sec....he said a 1hb & CGS/Testament combo. If you extrapolate that, it is either 1hb & CGS or 1hb& Testament. Personally, my Druid uses a Dark Ember and Paw of Opalla ?sp? for melee ability. When in a group, I use Paw/Testament...

For the ammount of time it takes to gather all the stuff needed for this quest....this item really sucks. What druid by the time you can even do this quest would actually use this? & how often do druids use 2hb? um im a druid & i can say NEVER. What a Piece of $hit
