These have more wis then thur gloves :/ but do have less mana though :)
Actually I was thinking it was a nice upgrade to the Split Paw Hide Gloves my wife's Druid wore till about lvl 50. Not really a comparison to Velius Quest stuff but also alot easier to get as it's supposed to be a 35-45 quest.
It's supposed to be a 35-45 quest, but Verant fudged up on 'em. You have to be around 50 at least to be able to do the quests if you don't go buying all the quest parts.
To start the TS armor quests you should be no lower than 40, you should also have VAST amounts of time on your hands.
I spent 12 levels in the zones where TS armor quest items drop and I didn't get enough pieces to make even ONE piece of armor. I have all but one component for two different pieces of armor, but I got all those pieces by buying them.
IMHO if you XP in these zones and happen to get the pieces, great. If not, they aren't worth the time to get the pieces. You could actually invest less effort and get Thurg armor.
