I like mark of the dragonslayer. If we go by names we're the only ones qualified to kill dragons. That sounds uber to me.
Seriously bro, just learn to Choose your Upgrades better, Yar'lir belt is not a neccesity BECAUSE of this Belt, Choker Of Imprisioned Visions Theres your parry, and theres your best SK belt in the game.

hey, b4 u bash people's upgrades, make sure u rnt trying to show them how "knowledgable" you are by saying that a neck item is better then a waist item... plus even if it WERE a belt item, the mark is ALOT better because of the hps/mana and 4% shielding is quite nice....

seriously bro learn to read what you post you doggin a man on his choice of belts & saying that he needs to chose his upgrades better you posted the best belt of the sk's & its a neck item while i agree with you it is a nice neck item i dont think it would work in the waist slot.

He's saying that the neck has Parry III on it so you can choose to get that neck instead of Yar Lir belt (which also has Parry III). Then after doing so, you can get this quested belt instead which he feels is better.
So this way you still have a Parry III item, and can opt for this "better" belt instead of Yar Lir.

Ultra lame item, what a waste. focus doesn't effect clicky, 3.5 min. recast, no mr and, to top it off, we also lose the imp parry 3 mod that 90% of any worthy sk at this level would have on their Yar Lir belt.
Thanks again SoE for the lack of creativity and common sense with regards to us sk's.

Are u serious? Have u ever heard of clicking and swapping out? Carrying a useful tool in a bag and breaking it out when needed? Let's rate a clicky lifetap on a scale of usefulness on a scale on 1 to 10. I think I'll give it... an ELEVEN.

Clicky heal potions have all the usefullness this belt will.

Saved my butt plenty of times. The potions that is. Want this belt. WORST CASE, just get an aug with improved parry XXX. There is not "best" set up. Its an SK only belt, that is pretty damn good. Enough said.
