Is there any augs like this in DoN that a lvl 65 warrior could use? what about any where else, besides LDON??

Most folks are thinking Primary and Secondary slots for this aug and its twin good side version. I have the old LDON +600 Hate augs equipted now. I'm thinking of putting one of these hate augs in the bow (currently Stonewood compound) that has a slot 4. This way I could end up with 2 x 700 hate plus a 600 hate. If my bow equipted, but not firing, is it likely to proc the hate?

No, it will not proc unless you are firing the bow.

Yep, as of this post you can have both. They have same name, just remember which one you already bought.

This is due to the fact that they identify differently I believe
Just so people don't get confused by the lable (LORE). Even though the good camp and the evil camp versions of this both share the same name you can have one of each. This isn't a rumor I own both and they are epuiped.
Heard a rumor that this was nerfed and you can't have them both? Any truth to this? I still have them both so they must be "pre-nerf" if this is the case

While it's possible that the Norrath's Keepers version of this I have is "pre-nerf" (it was purchased a few months ago), I suspect this is just a rumor. I was able to purchase my second one today without issue, from the Dark Reign.
