does the recast on this effect the recast on tacvi hammer?

No Seth, but it does affect the recast on the ToB or Arcstone quested BP (the clicky ice nuke), both are on the same timer whereas the tacvi hammer is on a seperate timer

Stats aren't great?
Umm, these stats rock. a Total of 660 to Hp/mana. Total of +100 to Saves is great, and this mask has everythign for a druid, in particularly Agi, which is likely the one stat a high end druid will not have maxed as it just is not that common on our gear, but directly influences our AC and chance to not get clobbered. Add to that the awesome regen, Dot Shielding and Spelel Shield, (the mana regen 4 SHOULD be trivial for anyone who can attain this mask will likely already be well over the cap)
AND, most importantly the absolute best spell haste in the game, bar none, which is only on three druid useable items in the game.
I will be a happy camper when I get mine!!

This thing kicks ***.. Stats arent great.. HP/MANa is nice though. But the 1 second heal for emergencies is very important for a druid since our healing spells are standard 3.8 seconds...
Is there a recast timer on this face piece?
