Dragons of Norrathwhat the crap.....ok you can use it on 61+ pets but cant use it till 70? when i am 70 why would i want to use an obselete pet. so why even make it useful on those pets? not to mention it cost 340 crystals....maybe by the time i do all those DoN adventures i will be lvl 70 8o(

Second of all, theres about 7 items with this focus item. Look at this one for instance, a range item usable at lvl 54 (equippable, but you must wait till you get your lvl 59+ pets (except for mage epic) - eg: emisary of thule etc), and heh, that is tradable:

Well, first of all the pet focii all seem to have the same limits on range of spells affected. Second, it's sometimes useful (particularly for Necros) to use a lower level pet. Necro pets switch between Rogues with backstab, Shadowknights and Warriors, so a Necro may find a lower level pet is better in some situations. Necros also use lower level pets to pet pull, but generally the pet has to be green to the mob being pulled, so it's going to be too low for a pet focus to modify it.
This is a nice upgrade for the pet focus item in Nro addy, but the required level of 70 sucks. It should be 65, IMHO.
