These items are awesome! Buy one and plonk it in your range slot. It will add a proc to throwing weapons in your ammo slot.

They aren't consumed unless you run out of throwies.

They proc like a cleric on speed.

It appears this may not have been the way they were intended to work, as this has been "fixed" apparantly. Bummer, as I had come to utilize both snaring and stunning concotions quite a bit.
