Faded Velishoul's Tome Page [pg. 16]  

 

I found this faded page on a shadow man in Lesser Faydark. Actually, was looking for page 8 and 9 of the same tome.. and got three of these faded in no time. just put in phantasmal tome hit combine. BAM... you have the page 16. these mobs are located at -354.98, -1768.03. It is East most in zone. There is a 'temple' if you will there. I found that there are 3 to four of them at a time.. and real buggers if you are going to solo. Take a friend. Good luck.
