Enchanted Brellium is enchanted by Enchanters :) the spell uses a Jacinth as a component. There are basically four levels to each racial armor. The unmagical (little better than FS) Imbued (maybe 1 more ac +stats) Enchanted (little better than imbued) and Enchanted AND imbued (I've never seen a piece).

ok the temper is 2 drops of mercury , 1 laval rock , and dawrfen ale .
to make the inbued verson you need at lest 180 skill ( trivs at 190 )
to make the enchanted stuff you need at lest 200 ( trivs at 230 )
to make the enchant imbue stuff well i dont know i keep failing

Sorry, You dont have to be in a group of 50+ to obtain the items needed to make the temper. All It requires is patience to obtain the items to create the temper:
Drops of mercury and Lava Rocks
You can get both of the items in Najina! The Mercury is an uncommon drop off the Earth Elementals, and the lava Rocks are Rare drops from the Fire elementals. I was able to obtain several rocks and many drops in just on night.

You one lucky person. Initially I thought I would hunt Lava storm and Nejena to get lava rocks. I spent countless hours with no results. Now I am 52nd level cleric and now know where them babies drop often. If you want to waste precious time on a fruitless search in Nejena be my guest but you are looking in all the wrong places.

This site Posts the recipes for the creation of these items look under the skills link then under blacksmithing and racial armors but as of yet I STILL CAN'T FIND OUT WTF EARTHEN TEMPER IS OR WHERE TO FIND IT PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have 20 of them. You have to be level 50+ with a group to get one of the components for the temper... G'Luck to you...
Oh this is made by a master brewer with a skill of 136+ but at 144 I failed half the time.. I now have a skill of 180 and havent failed in a long time...
