great for a newb who is trained and needs a bit of xtra dmg to survive after pet dies (if necro) or oom keep yu alive and some extra exp for it so this thing can rock (useful for me too if im oom im lv 31)

i dont know, but maybe there is a way to recharge it. is still think it could be usefull when you go oom and the mob is low enough to die but not to melee to death

Unless it's a tinkered item, there's no way that I know of the recharge an item.

You can get the staff of the wheel easy at this level except for one single rod and that is the rod in the hand room. I was able to get all of the rods by myself with no help at level 25 except for the reanimated hand and all I need for that was a good enchanter friend of level 35 to go and mez before I did a grab and gate. And I have never been twinked in my entire time of playing this game and that is since Beta so anyone should be able to complete this with a little forethoguht and planning

So yes for the level that it takes to get this weapon/item it is pretty weak

This wand rather sucks for the level you can get it at. Now with a bit of help(well, quite a bit) you can get the staff of the wheel, whitch is 10 int/mana/hps, 1hb, and in the other for minimal cash, you can put a stien of maggok in, which is 10 more int, with 20 int in your hands as a wizzy, that helps. would be descent if it had 5 int on it, but its not worth the quest.

Yes, you might well be able to get the staff of the wheel instead of this, however necros cant equip the staff now can they, no. So this is a fairly exceptable alternative for a lvl20 nec.

anyone try that little wand ya get from the revenent on the 3rd floor in Dalnirs.. almost sounds like it might fit in.. just a thought
