Ruins of Kunark
I got one off the mushrooms in front of the luggald temple in gunthak. I cleared all the mobs off the steps, and started attacking the light blue (to lvl 52) mushrooms in front, while I was waiting for the re-spawn. This LORE item dropped off the very first one I killed.

Got 2 of these in 5 mins. One from a diseases drogmor

went and camped the king in seb today, close to the end we got 1 of these and 1 of the clarity spores, plus a robe, and necro spell, i won this one
Though the name suggests to me sometihing "icky" Penicillin = Cure STD...
I got some in Gunthak off Drogmars in the tunnel that leads from the beach back to the Fort. These were Lore
