Ruins of Kunark
I have this Troll with Cabilis Faction - He worked hard to get it. I as MQ'ing
this quest for my box Iksar Shaman and found out that this npc wont sell to my Troll. He is dubious.

Yes, you don't need to be given the quest - just hand the items in (Make sure that you don't already own the item already in the bank and are questing a 2nd pair to sell - they're all lore).
Handed in the items for the scaled mystic gauntlets earlier and no problems :)

I am only in my high 20's. Am I able to complete this quest with the Furscales by giving them the required items or do I have to wait until they ask for the correct quest?? I guess what I am trying to ask is: Can this be done without recieving the quest first?

is the journey to this inn relatively safe for level 30s? what type of stuff will we encounter in these tunnels? anything? thanks for the info!

Ok fella heres the story i did this quest last night and i wrote down the locs of the 2 tunnels. (NOTE to get to this island take a lot of bat wings) the first tunnel is underwater on the island wall at aprox neg 11889.43, neg 3672.43
The 2nd tunnel is underwater on the wall inside at approx neg 11375.48, neg 1339.45
I hope this helps cause it took me forever to find this island. Levitate from ogre island and recast when it begins to fade.

what the hell does this drop off of.
The NPC who sells that is Portik Grolam, he is a dwarf in the abandoned inn of solitude in Timorous Deep. To reach the Inn go to -11500,-3700 you'll find an underwater tunnel leading to the inner part of that huge stone wall.
In the inner part you have another underwater tunnel at -11340,-1370, leading to the Inn.
There are two NPCs red to my level 37 high elf magician, adn the dwarf is blue. They were all indifferently.
The dwarf sells regular alcohols as well as this Nectar, for 5pp approx.
