found it.. do a diseased puma mission this will update GM culture armor quest.
OK need confermation on where this drops that will update GM culture armor quest .. all zones on list dont work so, thanks sony for again going outside the lines to make quests as hard as possible... OH and for last nerf making it even harder to do quest..

Looted 10 of these on Gimblax last night... NO UPDATE, Knowing that the quest has been bugged for some time went to try to fix it. This did not update quest. Guess Gimblax is not a Prescribed Location for these or Dev's screwed it up with their patch to fix the foul ups.
Using Allakhazams info on the Stone Necklace and where it drops, I got a group to get a Gimblax mission. Looted 2 Stone Necklaces (Stackable) and did not get update either time. As posted elsewhere here, the mission does list the zone to loot it in is Thundercrest Isles.
The zone Beastiary lists many Dirtdigger mobs there so I am going to make my next attempt to get the Stone Necklace there.

These drop occasionally in lair of the black wing off the goblins in there.
Had 4 of these drop doing the Dieased Puma mission. Too bad I'm still doing the rough goblin patch portion of GM quest.

These were dropping 1 out of 5 gobby kills in the instanced version of T-Delve (in my case, for Evil DoN progression).

I finished the "loot 80 dusty goblin skins" today and had to loot all of them in Animated Statue Plans instance. I looted a massive number of them pretty much everywhere else they drop without it updating the quest info on task window.
Now I am stuck on this piece and am assuming that it will also wind up having to be looted in Stillmoon for barbarian quest, and probably in Thundercrest for dwarves. Just a guess on that but it would follow the rest of the stuff to restrict it that way.

Dropped off IRON WARDER in Diseased Puma (Good DoN) two dropped off separate mobs in fact.
I have done over 36 creator missions, 3 history of the isles and 2 Scions.. all are in Thundercrest Isles.. and NEVER saw this necklace drop.. it is now ALL I need to finish quest..
Anyone seen this drop?? If so off what mob? I assume it is only in Thundercrest Isles..

I looted a Stone necklace in Stillwater mission Animated Statue off a Stillmoon wakemaker ..took about 20 kills. It did not update my Dwarven cultural GM smithing quest for a stone necklace. I guess it must be gotten from thundercrest.

Quest says to kill 10 gobbies in Thundercrest. I would expect you loot the stone necklace there also. None dropped in Thundercrest though.
