if my 65 warrior weilds this in one hand and the comparable weapon from the good camp (forget the name)....the anger (600) from ea stacks for 1200?..or is this a proc that would double the chance of inspiring the 600 hate?

Well first off you can't equip it till lvl 70 lol, but yeah, the procs would basically stack, or as the previous guy said each proc generates another 600 hate on the mob, so if you're dual wielding this and the good camp axe, you shouldn't lose aggro

Not really sure what you are asking.
The effect on this is a proc. Every time it goes off, it adds +600 to the amount of hate you have generated. If you have two, there will be more procs, and every proc will add 600 hate.
If you add a hate augment to the axe, only one can proc in a single swing, but if the first does not, the second will have a chance to proc.

Updates this axe to now have an additional type 9 aug slot and it is now a 16/19 +1MR dmg weapon. I believe the rest of the stats are the same.
