procs alot but in end game I've never noticed it helping

This is not a focus effect, this is a proc. So it is a 200 HP mitigate of 5% of incoming damage. For that to be reached in one hit, you are already dead. 200 is 5% of 10000. What this definition is, is 5% of incoming damage up to 200 HP then spell goes away. But it is a proc. So it can last every time it procs.

while your interpretation is correct, 200 is 5% of 4000... 500 is 5% of 10000. Maybe i am being nitpicky :P

I just wondered if this affect was worth the slot ? Some mobs hit pretty hard, and the 200 would be reached real quick, and this would need to proc quite a bit.
Wondering if you had 2 of the same type effect would they stack?
