So the tier 1 BP effect (rhythmic reflexes) gives 100% chance to double attack compared to the Tier 2 BP's (superior rhythmic reflexes) which only gives 30% chance... both apparently give immunity to stun. Is this right?
I'm guessing that there was an error in posting the info, because now it's 30% for tier 1, and 100% for tier 2 as it should be.

hehe i doubt a bard would get the piece for this over the MT..well, only if the MT had better or already has

Far be it for me to point out that this is BARD equipable only. Why would a MT get it?

A bard would get this chestplate over the MT because the drop is a quest peice that all classes use for their teir 2 chest.
Hmm, if the bard had more DKP, I'd say he would get it first. At least that's how it would work in my guild.
Mine as well... actually none of the BPs we got so far went to a plate tank class. It's been RNG (moi), BRD, DRU, SHM, DRU, ROG, MAG and NEC so far.
Of course the original poster might prove me wrong, but I think most high end guilds do loot on a dkp base like mine and Xaanru's and not based on officers decision. A system like this might work but more often that not it creates a lot of discord...
